Terms of Service

1. Introduction and Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and Flow Group AB, org. no. 559183-6027, Sweden ("Flow Group", "we", "us", "our").

By accessing, downloading, registering for, or using the Gameward mobile application (the "App") and any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

2. Eligibility

To use the Service, you must meet the following criteria:

You must be at least 13 years of age (or such older age as required by applicable laws in your jurisdiction).
You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
You must not have been previously suspended or removed from the Service.

If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you represent that your legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features, you must register an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3.2 One Account Policy

You are permitted to create and maintain only one (1) account. Creating multiple accounts, whether on the same device or across multiple devices, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.

4. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Conduct

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

Fraudulent Activity: Using VPNs, proxies, emulators, bots, scripts, or any automated means to access the Service, simulate gameplay, or manipulate reward accumulation.
Device Tampering: Using rooted or jailbroken devices, or otherwise modifying the device environment to bypass security or integrity checks.
Multiple Accounts: Creating or operating multiple accounts to exploit the reward system.
Interference: Attempting to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the Service.
Misrepresentation: Impersonating any person or entity or falsely stating your affiliation with a person or entity.

Violation of this section may result in the immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account and the forfeiture of any accrued rewards.

5. Rewards, Virtual Balance, and Payouts

5.1 Virtual Balance

The Service allows you to earn rewards which are displayed in your account as a virtual balance denominated in fiat currency (e.g., USD, SEK) or points (collectively, "Virtual Balance"). Notwithstanding the display of currency symbols, this Virtual Balance is not real money, has no monetary value, and does not constitute property or a bank account balance. You have a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use this Virtual Balance solely within the Service for the purpose of redeeming supported rewards.

5.2 Earning Rewards

Rewards are earned by completing specific tasks, such as playing partner games for a certain duration or reaching milestones. We rely on third-party tracking (e.g., Adjoe) to verify these actions. We are not responsible for rewards lost due to technical failures, tracking errors, or failure to grant permissions required for tracking.

5.3 Payouts

You may redeem your Virtual Balance for payouts (e.g., PayPal, Gift Cards) subject to meeting minimum thresholds. All payout requests are subject to review. We reserve the right to:

Verify your identity and eligibility prior to processing any payout.
Delay payouts for up to three (3) business days or longer if security checks are required.
Deny payouts if we detect fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

You are responsible for any taxes applicable to the rewards you receive.

5.4 Referral Program

We may offer a referral program that allows you to invite others to join the Service and earn rewards for successful referrals. Participation in the referral program is subject to the following conditions:

Referrals must be genuine invitations to real individuals who are not already users of the Service.
You may not refer yourself, create fake accounts to generate referrals, or use any automated means to send referral invitations.
Any attempt to manipulate, spoof, or abuse the referral system — including but not limited to self-referrals, device spoofing, identity manipulation, or coordinated referral fraud — is strictly prohibited.

Violation of this section will result in the immediate and permanent termination of your account without prior notice, and forfeiture of all accrued rewards. We reserve the right to withhold or reverse any referral bonuses obtained through fraudulent or abusive means. In cases of serious or repeated abuse, we also reserve the right to report fraudulent activity to local law enforcement authorities.

5.5 Identity Verification and Biometric Consent

Before certain withdrawals, we may require you to complete an identity/liveness check. This check processes biometric data on the basis of your explicit consent and is described in our Privacy Notice.

You may withdraw your identity-verification (biometric) consent at any time directly in the App, under More → Settings → Privacy → Identity & data. Withdrawing consent revokes your verified status: while unverified you cannot withdraw earnings, and your Virtual Balance remains in your account but is locked until you verify again. We fulfil deletion requests within one month. Data linked to detected fraud may be retained where the law permits (GDPR Article 17(3)(e)); balances on accounts with confirmed fraud may be forfeited under Section 4 (Acceptable Use and Prohibited Conduct).

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Flow Group AB and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and any accumulated Virtual Balance will be forfeited.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Flow Group AB, its affiliates, agents, directors, employees, suppliers, or licensors be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the Service.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Stockholm, Sweden.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
